Spring Lemon Bars with THC

Introduction

Classic lemon bars, but better. The buttery crust and zesty topping make these a seasonal favorite with an infused twist.

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup cannabutter
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Topping:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Press crust into pan and bake at 350°F for 15 mins.
  2. Mix topping ingredients and pour over hot crust.
  3. Bake 20 mins more. Cool and slice.

Dosing Tip

½ cup cannabutter = 40mg. Makes 12 bars = ~3.3mg each.
