Wake & Bake Avocado Toast with Infused Chili Oil
Introduction
Not your average avo toast. This version features a punchy cannabis chili oil that brings just enough heat and a clean, long-lasting buzz. Ideal for weekend brunch or a mellow midday reset.
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of ½ lime
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Infused chili oil:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 small clove garlic, smashed
- 1–2 ml cannabis tincture or concentrate
Instructions
- Make infused chili oil:
Heat olive oil with garlic and chili flakes over low heat for 5 minutes. Cool, then stir in cannabis tincture. - Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper.
- Spread on toast, drizzle with infused chili oil.
Dosing Tip
With 2ml tincture at 10mg THC per ml = 20mg total. Use sparingly — a little oil goes a long way.
Twist Factor
The chili oil gives you warmth without overpowering the mellow effects. Optional: top with a poached egg or hemp seeds.
