Wake & Bake Avocado Toast with Infused Chili Oil

Introduction

Not your average avo toast. This version features a punchy cannabis chili oil that brings just enough heat and a clean, long-lasting buzz. Ideal for weekend brunch or a mellow midday reset.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Infused chili oil:
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 small clove garlic, smashed
    • 1–2 ml cannabis tincture or concentrate

Instructions

  1. Make infused chili oil:
    Heat olive oil with garlic and chili flakes over low heat for 5 minutes. Cool, then stir in cannabis tincture.
  2. Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper.
  3. Spread on toast, drizzle with infused chili oil.

Dosing Tip

With 2ml tincture at 10mg THC per ml = 20mg total. Use sparingly — a little oil goes a long way.

Twist Factor

The chili oil gives you warmth without overpowering the mellow effects. Optional: top with a poached egg or hemp seeds.
