Infused Breakfast Flatbread with Egg & Pesto

Start your morning with this delicious flatbread featuring gooey cheese, a perfectly baked egg, and a drizzle of herbaceous cannabis-infused pesto.

Ingredients

  • 1 small naan or flatbread
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp infused pesto
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • Handful of arugula or baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet and toast for 3 minutes.
  3. Crack the egg onto the center, sprinkle cheese around it.
  4. Bake for 7–9 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  5. Remove from oven, top with greens and drizzle with infused pesto.
  6. Slice and enjoy.

Dosing

1 tbsp pesto = ~10mg THC. Adjust serving based on tolerance.
