Infused Breakfast Flatbread with Egg & Pesto
Start your morning with this delicious flatbread featuring gooey cheese, a perfectly baked egg, and a drizzle of herbaceous cannabis-infused pesto.
Ingredients
- 1 small naan or flatbread
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp infused pesto
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- Handful of arugula or baby spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place naan on a baking sheet and toast for 3 minutes.
- Crack the egg onto the center, sprinkle cheese around it.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from oven, top with greens and drizzle with infused pesto.
- Slice and enjoy.
Dosing
1 tbsp pesto = ~10mg THC. Adjust serving based on tolerance.
