Blueberry Cannabis Scones with Lemon Zest
Introduction
These tender scones are easy to make and even easier to love — especially with the combo of tart lemon, sweet blueberries, and mellow cannabutter.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup cannabutter, cold and cubed
- ⅔ cup milk or alt milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Cut in cannabutter until crumbly.
- Add milk, vanilla, zest. Fold in blueberries.
- Pat into a disk and cut into 6–8 wedges.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 mins.
Dosing Tip
½ cup cannabutter = ~40mg THC. Cut into 8 = ~5mg each.

Lemon zest adds brightness to each bite. Great for brunch or a calming morning snack.
