Blueberry Cannabis Scones with Lemon Zest

Introduction

These tender scones are easy to make and even easier to love — especially with the combo of tart lemon, sweet blueberries, and mellow cannabutter.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cannabutter, cold and cubed
  • ⅔ cup milk or alt milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in cannabutter until crumbly.
  2. Add milk, vanilla, zest. Fold in blueberries.
  3. Pat into a disk and cut into 6–8 wedges.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 mins.

Dosing Tip

½ cup cannabutter = ~40mg THC. Cut into 8 = ~5mg each.

Lemon zest adds brightness to each bite. Great for brunch or a calming morning snack.
