Cannabis Cauliflower Wings with Sriracha Honey

These cauliflower wings are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in a bold sriracha honey glaze infused with cannabis oil. They're perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt to form a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, then place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Mix the sauce ingredients and stir in the infused oil.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.

Dosing

2 tbsp infused oil at 10mg THC per tbsp = 20mg total. Divide evenly for your preferred dose.
