Cannabis Cauliflower Wings with Sriracha Honey
These cauliflower wings are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in a bold sriracha honey glaze infused with cannabis oil. They're perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, then place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and stir in the infused oil.
- Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Dosing
2 tbsp infused oil at 10mg THC per tbsp = 20mg total. Divide evenly for your preferred dose.
