Baked Canna-Apples with Maple Oat Crumble

Introduction

Think apple crisp in single-serve form, infused with maple cannabutter and topped with a crunchy oat layer. It’s like an edible in disguise.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, halved and cored
  • 2 tbsp cannabutter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, cannabutter, and syrup.
  3. Spoon mixture into apple centers.
  4. Bake in a dish for 25–30 minutes until apples are soft and topping is golden.

Dosing Tip

2 tbsp cannabutter = ~20mg THC. Each apple half = ~5mg if divided equally.
