Spicy Cannabis Salsa Verde

Introduction

This classic salsa verde packs a punch with roasted tomatillos, serrano chiles, and cannabis-infused oil. Use it on tacos, eggs, bowls — or as a dip with attitude.

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatillos, husked
  • 1–2 serrano peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Roast tomatillos and chiles under broiler until charred.
  2. Blend everything until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  3. Chill or serve warm.

Dosing Tip

1 tbsp oil = 10mg THC. Use about 2 tablespoons per serving for ~3mg.
