Spicy Cannabis Salsa Verde
Introduction
This classic salsa verde packs a punch with roasted tomatillos, serrano chiles, and cannabis-infused oil. Use it on tacos, eggs, bowls — or as a dip with attitude.
Ingredients
- 6 tomatillos, husked
- 1–2 serrano peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Roast tomatillos and chiles under broiler until charred.
- Blend everything until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Chill or serve warm.
Dosing Tip
1 tbsp oil = 10mg THC. Use about 2 tablespoons per serving for ~3mg.
