Cannabis Churro Bites with Coconut Sugar Dust

Introduction

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated in coconut sugar and cinnamon — these baked churro bites are the ideal weekend treat. Perfect for dipping, sharing, or just hoarding.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup butter or infused coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1–2 tsp infused coconut oil (optional, for post-bake drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water, oil, and sugar to a boil.
  2. Stir in flour quickly until dough forms a ball.
  3. Cool slightly, then beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Pipe or spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 20 mins.
  5. Toss warm bites in cinnamon-coconut sugar mix.
  6. Optional: Drizzle with extra infused coconut oil.

Dosing Tip

Post-bake drizzle is easiest for precision. Add 5mg per tsp and apply evenly.
