Infused Tomato Bisque with Roasted Red Pepper
This warm and creamy bisque is deeply flavored with roasted peppers and tomatoes, then mellowed with a cannabis oil finish.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil and butter until soft.
- Add pepper, tomatoes, broth. Simmer 15 mins.
- Blend until smooth. Stir in cream and season.
- Serve warm.
Dosing Tip
1 tbsp oil = ~10mg THC. Serves 2–3.
