Cannabis Sweet Potato Latkes with Herbed Sour Cream

These sweet-savory latkes are pan-fried until crisp and served with a refreshing cannabis-infused sour cream topping. Great for brunch, parties, or chill nights in.

Ingredients

Latkes:

  • 2 cups grated sweet potato
  • ½ small onion, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Oil for frying

Herbed Sour Cream:

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix latke ingredients. Heat oil in skillet and fry spoonfuls until golden, about 3–4 mins per side.
  2. Combine all sour cream ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Serve latkes warm with a dollop of infused topping.

Dosing Tip

1 tbsp infused oil = ~10mg THC. Makes 6–8 latkes.
