Cannabis Sweet Potato Latkes with Herbed Sour Cream
These sweet-savory latkes are pan-fried until crisp and served with a refreshing cannabis-infused sour cream topping. Great for brunch, parties, or chill nights in.
Ingredients
Latkes:
- 2 cups grated sweet potato
- ½ small onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Herbed Sour Cream:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix latke ingredients. Heat oil in skillet and fry spoonfuls until golden, about 3–4 mins per side.
- Combine all sour cream ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve latkes warm with a dollop of infused topping.
Dosing Tip
1 tbsp infused oil = ~10mg THC. Makes 6–8 latkes.
