Cannabis-Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers

A vibrant, creamy appetizer or snack — these peppers are easy to prep and hit that sweet spot between rich and fresh.

Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers, halved and deseeded
  • ¾ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives)
  • 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cheese, herbs, oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill each pepper half with the mixture.
  3. Chill or serve at room temperature.

Dosing Tip

1 tbsp oil = ~10mg THC. 12 halves = ~0.8mg each — great for microdosing.
