No-Bake THC Granola Bars (Nut-Free)

These chewy bars are made without nuts and loaded with chewy oats and fruit — perfect for packed lunches or microdosing.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cannabutter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, seed butter, and honey in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in oats and cranberries.
  3. Press into lined pan and chill 1 hour before slicing.

Dosing Tip

2 tbsp = ~20mg THC. Makes 10–12 bars.
