No-Bake THC Granola Bars (Nut-Free)
These chewy bars are made without nuts and loaded with chewy oats and fruit — perfect for packed lunches or microdosing.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tbsp cannabutter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt butter, seed butter, and honey in a saucepan.
- Stir in oats and cranberries.
- Press into lined pan and chill 1 hour before slicing.
Dosing Tip
2 tbsp = ~20mg THC. Makes 10–12 bars.
