Infused Peach Slab Pie for Summer Parties
This easy-to-slice peach pie is made in a sheet pan for a crowd-pleasing dessert that’s sweet, sunny, and subtly dosed.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet pie crust
- 3 cups sliced peaches
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp cannabutter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Lay out the crust, folding edges slightly.
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted cannabutter.
- Spread peach mixture evenly over the crust.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing.
Dosing
3 tbsp cannabutter = 30mg THC total. Cut into 12 servings = ~2.5mg each.
