Infused Peach Slab Pie for Summer Parties

This easy-to-slice peach pie is made in a sheet pan for a crowd-pleasing dessert that’s sweet, sunny, and subtly dosed.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pie crust
  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp cannabutter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Lay out the crust, folding edges slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted cannabutter.
  4. Spread peach mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing.

Dosing

3 tbsp cannabutter = 30mg THC total. Cut into 12 servings = ~2.5mg each.
