Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles with Cannabis Oil

Introduction

These Thai-inspired noodles are creamy, spicy, and nutty with just the right amount of cannabis infusion. Perfect for a cozy night in or meal prep with a kick.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 2 tsp infused sesame or olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • Toppings: crushed peanuts, green onions, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Whisk all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Toss noodles in sauce. Garnish and serve warm or cold.

Infused oil at 10mg THC per tsp = 20mg total. Divide into 2–3 servings for moderate dosing.
