Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles with Cannabis Oil
Introduction
These Thai-inspired noodles are creamy, spicy, and nutty with just the right amount of cannabis infusion. Perfect for a cozy night in or meal prep with a kick.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp infused sesame or olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- Toppings: crushed peanuts, green onions, lime wedges
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Whisk all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
- Toss noodles in sauce. Garnish and serve warm or cold.
Dosing Tip
Infused oil at 10mg THC per tsp = 20mg total. Divide into 2–3 servings for moderate dosing.
