Caramelized Onion Canna Quiche Cups

These mini quiche cups are rich, portable, and just a little fancy. Perfect for infused brunches or midday snack attacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pie crust, rolled and cut to fit muffin tin
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup caramelized onions
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fit crust rounds into greased muffin tin.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cannabutter. Stir in cheese and onion.
  4. Pour filling into each crust. Bake 18–22 mins until set.

Dosing Tip

2 tbsp cannabutter = 20mg THC. Makes 6–8 cups.
