Caramelized Onion Canna Quiche Cups
These mini quiche cups are rich, portable, and just a little fancy. Perfect for infused brunches or midday snack attacks.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet pie crust, rolled and cut to fit muffin tin
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup caramelized onions
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fit crust rounds into greased muffin tin.
- Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cannabutter. Stir in cheese and onion.
- Pour filling into each crust. Bake 18–22 mins until set.
Dosing Tip
2 tbsp cannabutter = 20mg THC. Makes 6–8 cups.
