Post-Workout CBD Protein Balls

Introduction

These are soft, chewy, and loaded with plant-based protein — with a gentle CBD dose to help recovery and relaxation.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1–2 ml CBD oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
  2. Roll into 10 balls.
  3. Chill before serving.

Dosing Tip

2 ml CBD = 40mg total. Each ball ≈ 4mg CBD.
