Cannabis Butter "Chicken"-Style Vegan Curry
A creamy, spiced curry made with tofu or chickpeas in place of chicken, this vegan comfort dish gets a mellow twist from infused butter or coconut oil.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cannabutter or infused coconut oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed (or 1 can chickpeas)
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice to serve
Instructions
- Heat both oils in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in spices, then tomato sauce and coconut cream.
- Add tofu or chickpeas. Simmer 15–20 mins.
- Serve over rice.
Dosing Tip
1 tbsp cannabutter = ~10mg THC. Split servings accordingly.
