Infused Harissa Hummus Spread

Introduction

This spiced-up hummus blends roasted red peppers, garlic, and harissa with a mellow cannabis oil finish. Serve it warm with pita or drizzle it over grilled veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust seasoning and texture with a bit of water if needed.
  3. Drizzle with extra oil and serve with warm bread or crudités.

Dosing Tip

1 tbsp infused oil = 10mg THC. Makes about 4 servings = 2.5mg per person.
