Infused Harissa Hummus Spread
Introduction
This spiced-up hummus blends roasted red peppers, garlic, and harissa with a mellow cannabis oil finish. Serve it warm with pita or drizzle it over grilled veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning and texture with a bit of water if needed.
- Drizzle with extra oil and serve with warm bread or crudités.
Dosing Tip
1 tbsp infused oil = 10mg THC. Makes about 4 servings = 2.5mg per person.
