Cannabis Breakfast Bars with Almond & Chia

Introduction

Need a calm but focused start to the day? These chewy bars mix oats, almond butter, and a little cannabis to keep mornings chill and productive.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cannabutter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl until sticky and uniform.
  2. Press into a lined 8x8 pan. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Slice into bars and store in the fridge.

Dosing Tip

2 tbsp cannabutter = 20mg THC. Cut into 8 bars = 2.5mg each.
